Fact Find + Supporting Documents	We work together to assess your financial situation, requirements and objectives then compile the required lender information including identification, income, expenses, assets and liabilities.
Preliminary Assessment + Finance Proposal	Conduct a credit assessment with lenders to establish your borrowing capacity and prequalifying finance proposal including; suggested lenders, products, special offers and finance structure.
Formal Submission	We submit the chosen lender finance application for formal approval including procedural documentation and bank account linking assistance (on request).
Approval	Here’s the best part – the lender issues an unconditional approval meaning it’s time to celebrate with all the hard work now done!
Settlement	New loan settlement help with you, your legal representative and the chosen lender.
Ongoing Relationship	Personal assistance with any ongoing requests and enquiries.
Review	Invitation to a loan review considering your current financial position and relevant market movements E.G. reduced interest rates, etc.
